At Mountain Joy Coffee Company, we work hard to make sure your coffee arrives fresh, safely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how and when your order will be delivered.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders are processed after payment is verified.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Because our coffee is roasted upon order, processing times help ensure quality and freshness.


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Mountain Joy Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  • Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass.
  • If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), please contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier.

While we will assist in resolving issues, Mountain Joy Coffee Company is not liable for carrier delays once the order has shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
